Since its foundation in 2003, the company Gigatron has been one of the leaders on the technical market in Serbia. From a small store on Banovo brdo, the company has grown into one of the most prestigious chains of retail stores in Serbia, with a comprehensive offer of IT devices, consumer electronics and white goods.

During the last decade, Gigatron managed to position itself as a company that was one of the first to present retail establishments modeled after prestigious stores in the West, offered the most complete range of products, defined improved forms of communication with customers and launched online shopping. The company currently has over 1,000 employees.

The vision of the Gigatron company is to provide the highest level of service on the domestic market with constant innovation and enrichment of the product range. It will realize that vision in cooperation with its partners, who share the same vision.

Gigatron is recognized on the market as a company that encourages the application of new technologies, directing the customer to get the most for his money, especially taking care that such a purchase has its value in the future. The Gigatron retail network covers over 33 cities throughout Serbia. In addition, Gigatron has a Call Center that is available to potential customers, legal entities and individuals.

Gigatron is one of the pioneers of internet sales in Serbia. With a continuous increase in attendance and almost two million visits per month and over eight million viewed pages, the Gigatron online store is a leader in the e-commerce segment. By implementing the most modern software and hardware solutions for online payment, we have provided a simple and completely safe way of online shopping, followed by constant improvement. The company Gigatron is the holder of the e-Trustmark Certificate, a mark of trust in e-commerce.

In addition to a wide assortment that includes more than 15 categories and over 790 subcategories, with the constant expansion of the sales assortment. It is very important to mention the services that distinguish Gigatron on the Serbian market. First of all, there is the Priority plus service, which provides the benefit of delivering white goods, air conditioners, TVs with a screen diagonal of 50 inches and larger, directly to your door. We have also included the installation service of white goods, televisions and air conditioners, which we see as a significant benefit for our customers. Right now, we are launching a technology recycling service, which significantly contributes to the preservation of the environment, as a socially responsible company.

Gigatron, as a socially responsible company, invests significant funds through monetary donations sent to humanitarian organizations, as well as through the donation of equipment to a large number of cultural institutions, the church community and projects aimed at vulnerable people.
