\nWho are we?<\/strong>
\nBENNU is a German pharmacy chain spread across over 420 locations across Serbia. On March 16, 2021, we launched a new sales channel, BENU Online Shop (shop.benu.rs<\/a>). As early as December 2021, BENU shop was recognized by the users and expert jury of the Ecommerce Association and won two prestigious awards in the Beauty, Health and Wellbeing Online Store of the Year categories, as well as Fastest Growing eCommerece. <\/p>\n

Our concept<\/strong>
\nOnline is becoming an increasingly current sales channel, and our concept is from the very beginning to offer users quality brands at excellent prices, and we place special emphasis on world-renowned dermocosmetic brands and supplements of domestic and foreign producers.
\nAlso, our assortment consists of exclusive products which are available only with us.<\/p>\n

Our assortment<\/strong>
\nToday, there are over 10,000 products on virtual shelves, and the needs and wishes of our customers are guiding us in a further direction of development. Therefore, we adapt our offerings and assortment to the needs of our customers, but also introduce new services as an additional benefit for them. <\/p>\n

What we do different<\/strong>
\nOur customers can choose the method of delivery: to the home address, to pick up at the selected pharmacy, within just 2h or within 24 to 48 hours.<\/p>\n

More than shopping<\/strong>
\nVisitors on the site also have the possibility to refer a question to BENU pharmacists through the online service Ask a Pharmacist. All professional or informative questions are answered by our pharmacists as soon as possible. We have also developed a BENU blog on Benu online channel that solves doubts on different issues and topics.<\/p>\n

We don’t stop<\/strong>
\nInnovation and constant improvement of services has contributed to the BENU shop becoming one of the leading pharmaceutical online stores on the territory of Serbia. The leadership position requires constant improvement and adaptation to new circumstances, which the Ecommerce team is working on in a valuable way.<\/p>\n

For those who didn’t know…<\/strong><\/h2>\n

BENU pharmacies<\/a> are a chain of pharmacies that have been operating on the territory of Serbia for 8 years. We are part of the German company PHOENIX Group, one of the largest regional wholesalers. We built our position through a recognizable, open pharmacy concept, and by expanding the network we reached over 420 locations.<\/p>\n

\"\"By following trends, working and investing in user experience, while listening to what our patients want, we have become the largest and most famous chain of pharmacies in Serbia.<\/p>\n

For those who know…<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In accordance with the above, and following the transformation that the Serbian market has experienced, during the last 3 years we have developed two large projects.<\/p>\n

The first is the BENU Plus loyalty program, launched in December 2020. Today, it has over 850,000 members. We are proud of our colleagues whose expertise and quality have been confirmed by satisfied customers and members of the BENU Plus loyalty program.<\/p>\n

Another big project is the launch of the BENU online shop. In March 2021, we launched another sales channel that today offers various purchasing options. In addition to home delivery, customers of the online shop can choose to pick up their order at the desired pharmacy. Our goal is to facilitate the availability of products to our patients, and we use various delivery options so that they can get what they want in the shortest possible time without obstacles.<\/p>\n

For those who support us…<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The team that started the development of the BENU shop project was composed of 3 members, and today our e-commerce team consists of 15 colleagues with exactly and precisely defined tasks.<\/p>\n

We deliberately want to highlight the complete team because only with the maximum engagement of each individual we achieve excellent results after the first year of business, and today we can say that we are one of the leading online shops in Serbia. The assortment of the BENU online shop includes over 10.000 products, some of which are exclusive and unavailable at other points of sale.<\/p>\n

Our success in the online sales channel was already crowned with the prestigious HOT SPOT eCommerce Awards in the first year. As a confirmation of the achieved results, we received two awards: Beauty, Health and Wellbeing Online Store of the Year, as well as the sponsored award of OTP banka Fastest Growing E-Commerce Newcomer. We are proud that our quality and efforts are recognized not only by customers, but also by professionals from the field of digital business.<\/p>\n

Every success motivates us to further improve the services we offer. In the coming period, the plan is to integrate the loyalty program with the online shop, the possibility of booking medicines online, as well as numerous other innovations that will raise the customer experience to a higher level.<\/p>\n

We are looking forward to the leadership position and the opportunity to improve the way the pharmaceutical market functions. This implies great responsibility, constant improvement and adaptation to new circumstances that can be very demanding. The pandemic period has taught us that adaptability and quick reaction are the keys to progress.
